Royal Building Systems is the largest plastic construction materials manufacturer in Canada and North America. Its assortment includes facade finishing, window and cassette profiles, gutter systems, roof soffit, and garden structures. Profiles are produced from non-toxic PVC, manufactured with organic led-free stabilizers. RBS system is based on the special technology, developed in Canada, which has excluded lead from the production process. In order to offer better safety, PVC does not support burning. The unique technology also allows implement projects on social construction, satisfying our clients’ requirements.
RBS profiles also serve good material for house construction. Profiles are cut during production in accordance with the house design and installed on the construction site.
Reinforcement installation and infrastructure connection are also integral parts of the construction process (special canals for electrical wires and sewage are left in the profiles). Afterwards the profiles are filled with concrete. This method provides reliability and high quality acoustic insulation. After the encasement is done, the specialists start working on finishing, of which any type can be used on RBS profiles.

Royal Building Systems acquired the license for RBS profile in 1994 and since then has used it in construction of thousands of buildings. Because the house frame construction from RBS profiles takes only 1 day, it significantly decreases labor costs and is one of the biggest advantages of this type of construction method. Another plus – is smooth surface, which, in their turn, gives more variants of inside and outside finishing.
