AS Vesmont received exclusive rights in the Baltic countries for floor and wall beam production under Posi-Joist™ system as well as for usage of especially developed software.
Floor and wall beam system Posi-Joist™ combines using timber beams treated if necessary, and patented by MiTek Posi-Strut metal web elements.
As tests showed, fire resistance of timber beams are twice as much as of steel beams of the same weight. Plus, timber structures are several times lighter that their analogues, produced from steel or concrete. Reliability is secured by physical qualities of timber as well as Posi-Strut metal web elements.
Vesmont specialists are using unique software which allows to make and calculate beam structures designs of any difficulty level.
After putting in all the necessary parameters, our constructor has a choice: the Posi-Strut webbing patterns can either be positioned automatically or the user can position them manually. Simultaniuosly all additional paramters can be included in the design as well, i.e.:
· Posi-Joist Trimmable End™, allowing to easily trim beams on the construction site;
· Strong-back bracing, providing rigidness of the structure as a whole;
· Reinforcement element,
· Etc.
